The Southeast Asian Community Center (SEACC), together with the Filipino Business Assistance program of the Bayanihan Community Center and the Filipino American Development Foundation (FADF), is offering a free business workshop on legal issues at workplace for employers.
This workshop will cover information on legal issues employers should be aware of. Employee rights in the workplace and the American Disabilities Act (ADA) will also be covered. There will also be discussion on some recent legal cases between an employer and an employee.
