Governer Quinn Welcomes Japan Manufacturing Company

ROCHELLE (WIFR) - Governer Quinn is set to visit a new manufacturing Plant Thursday. Quinn welcomes Japanese train car manufacturing company, Nippon Sharyo, who plans to invest $50 million and add 250 jobs to the area.
