Diverse Talent Group today sought an injunction against three former employees, alleging that Iham Durzi, Ehab Durzi and Wendy Morrison used its confidential?files and information?to steal clients. The filing says that?while they were employed at Diverse and preparing to move to new, rival agency Function Talent Group,?the trio misrepresented the financial status of Diverse and told?clients it was about to shut its doors.?Since Function opened in August, the?Diverse filing alleges, the trio hacked into its computers, changed contact?information and?have been using Diverse?s confidential background and financial information and trade secrets to lure its clients. The filing in L.A. Superior Court?asks that the trio cease the activities alleged and submit to arbitration for the purpose of assessing compensatory damages based on lost profits. As part of their employment agreement with Diverse, which began in August 2010, the trio agreed to resolve any disputes through arbitration, the filing claims. Diverse Talent Group is an L.A.-based boutique agency representing actors, directors, writers, and producers in film, TV, commercials and digital.
